When is Vacation Bible School (VBS)?

Who is VBS for?

VBS is for children from kindergarten through 6th grade in the 2022-2023 school year. Nursery available for volunteers only.

How  much does it cost?

VBS is a free event!
T-Shirts are optional and are available for $10.00

Can I pick up my child early?

Yes. However, this is not ideal as your child will miss the main teaching if they leave early. But in an emergency, you can go to the registration table and they will assist you with retrieving your child.

Will my child eat at VBS?

Yes, we will have snack time each day! Please feed your child breakfast each morning as they will have a busy morning of activities indoors and outdoors. Water stations with cups will be readily available throughout campus. No need to bring a water bottle. Please indicate if your child has food allergies.

What should my child bring?

Their Bibles, wet play clothes and a towel! Please be sure to write your child’s name and a contact number inside their Bible. Everything else they may need will be available from their team leader. Please refrain from bringing any additional items as they may get misplaced. Your child should be wearing play clothes all week long as they're in for some wet fun!

Does my child need to wear a mask?

No. Masks are not required, but your child is welcome to wear one.

What time does registration check-in begin?

Monday through Friday at 9:00 am

Can I register the day of the event?

Yes. You can register your child at our admin table on the patio. An adult must be present to register your child.

Do I need to walk my child to class?

Yes. You'll need to walk your child to class each day.

Can I stay on campus with my child?

There is a special seating area for non-participants. If you choose to participate with your child you will be asked to fill out a volunteer form.

Can someone other than myself pickup my child?

Yes, as long as you have prearranged it with the admin/registration department you will be given a code.

What if my child has a medical need or allergy?

If your child requires a medical item such as an inhaler,
epi-pen, or medication please include that information with our admin team. You can leave any necessary items with your child's teacher with specific instructions. Your child will receive a special lanyard designating this.

Can my child be in the same group
as a friend?

Yes. But this will need to be prearranged at registration. In the case of differing age groups, both children will be assigned the younger age group.

What happens if my child is injured?

We have a first aid team on campus throughout the event. If your child becomes injured or requires extensive medical attention, you will be contacted by cell immediately. 

What does check out look like?

When the event concludes, look for the designated door where your child will be picked up by age group.

Does my child have to attend all five days?

No. Your child is not required to attend all five days.
