Engage is a CCSB ministry designed to equip the church to stand for righteousness.
We want to give resources in propositions, voting and politics with a biblical worldview.

BALLOT COLLECTION
@CALVARY CHAPEL SAN BERNARDINO
The California General Election will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Calvary Chapel San Bernardino will conduct a ballot collection drive at church. Once the ballots are collected, the Engage team will personally deliver the ballots to the county election officials. The law has long provided the opportunity for vote-by-mail voters to have a family member, or a household member return their ballots (sometimes called absentee ballots), to the polling place on Election Day. Those restrictions have been legally removed in 2016 with AB 1921 and now the law permits anyone designated by the voter to return the ballot.

As most of us know, many people find it difficult to get to the polling place on Election Day. Those who vote by mail sometimes are busy and forget to return their ballot to election officials prior to the deadline. Ballot collection at church will improve voter turnout and ensure safe delivery of ballots to election officials.
Vote-by-mail ballots will be collected for voters in these counties ONLY:
• San Bernardino County
• Los Angeles County – By Special Request
• Riverside County – By Special Request
• Orange County – By Special Request

Bring your ballot to the church courtyard on these dates:

Sunday
• Sunday, October 19, 2025
• Sunday, October 26, 2025
• Sunday, November 2, 2025

Wednesday
• Wednesday, October 15, 2025
• Wednesday, October 22, 2025
• Wednesday, October 29, 2025

IMPORTANT information about filling out the return envelope:
Fill in the section of required information on the back of the envelope that includes your signature, printed name, address, and date.
An additional section is for naming the person who will return the ballot. Leave that section blank. The member of the Engage team returning your ballot is required to add his or her signature to that section. It will look like this:
The Engage team will have an information booth in the courtyard to answer your questions during the ballot collection drive.

Your ballot must be postmarked on or before November 4, 2025 at the latest
Volunteers are always welcomed so if you have it on your heart to assist in this process please reach out.
